“The mission of this service is to create vibrant and thriving communities by connecting people and sharing skills, passions, and ideas so that a sense of belonging prevails.”
– Community Connectors Service
Promoting well-being and independence.
Our Values: The Community Connectors build on their strengths, talents, and gifts to create more inclusive community spaces. Our focus is on exchanging and sharing our stories, skills, creativity, ideas, and passions.
Your donation supports the Community Connectors to engage in communities that are healthier, more vibrant, safer and more welcoming. Through volunteering, collaboration and skills training, the Community Connectors focus on enhancing the strengths of their communities first and foremost.
An organization you can trust: With your donation, you will receive a tax receipt, thank you letter and card, and UNITI will stay engaged with you throughout the year as the donations are spent in this area. Once the project is complete, we will send you a beautiful one page report on the the results of your donation.
