The Community Support Network (CSN) Home Share Program provides an opportunity for the people we support to live with a family, couple or roommate in a home and environment of their choice.

We work closely with the people we support and their personal support network, using a person-centred approach to ensure we find Home Share providers that match the person’s personality, support needs, lifestyle and interests.

Home Share providers are under contract with UNITI SHS to provide full-time support to the person in their home. All Home Share providers undergo a rigorous screening process including a Criminal Record Check, an in-depth home study that asks questions about the family dynamics, lifestyle, person support network and conflict management just to mention a few.

Home share provides opportunities for the people we support to live with a family, couple or roommate in a home or suite in the community.
Rhonda, a home share provider, says that "the best part about having Jamie is about what he has done for us and our family and how our neighborhood and community look at our family and the situation."
