Afternoon Youth Program ages (12 – 19)
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and/or Fridays, 3:00 – 5:30pm, Ratio 3:1
Looking for some fun in the afternoon? This program offers structure with the flexibility for participants to choose what they want to do. Participants have the chance to gain a sense of ownership through providing input and developing responsibility. Skills and interests will be explored through age-appropriate activities such as craft projects, service-learning activities, board games, and sports. Here’s your chance to make friends and do really cool things such as geocaching, rock climbing, laser tag, hiking, bowling, swimming, science experiments, baking, arts and crafts, and music jamming. This program provides a safe and nurturing environment for youth with developmental disabilities. Staff strive to support the development of social skills, life skills, health, well being, and community access through recreational, leisure and social activities.

Youth Night (ages 12 - 25)
Tuesdays, 6:00 – 8:00pm, Ratio 5:1
Hey guys and gals, here’s a fun opportunity for you to hang with your friends and makes some new ones!.  Come chat about what’s current and cool while also having fun doing some great activities! Favourites are karaoke, dance parties, science experiments, and cooking easy meals.  We also make creative art projects and perform Talent Shows for our friends. Don’t miss out! This program is designed to provide a natural environment to learn and practice life skills and social skills. *Transportation is limited, we alternate between accessing the community and staying in at the main center, the “Treehouse”.
