Affordable Housing
UNITI builds housing that fits the community and is affordable and inclusive. As a non-profit housing society, UNITI develops housing for tenants that reflect the diversity of our community—seniors, essential workers, people with disabilities, students, professionals and families. We’ve been doing this for over 40 years, starting with our 5.5 acre Peninsula Estates property in the heart of South Surrey.
